What the Warranty Covers

If your jewellery is found to have a covered defect during this period, Orabiss will, at its discretion:

Coverage applies only to defects that Orabiss determines are not the result of accident, misuse, negligence, wear and tear, modification, or attempted repair outside of Orabiss.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased from resellers, third-party vendors, or unauthorized platforms are not eligible for warranty coverage.

2. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications

Any repairs, stone resetting, resizing, polishing, plating, or modifications carried out by an outside jeweller may void the warranty.

This includes:

* Adding or removing elements

* Stone resetting
* Attempted repairs of any kind

3. Loss, Wear & Tear, or Misuse

The warranty does not cover:

* Lost jewellery or lost components
* Damage caused by improper use or storage
* Everyday wear and tear, including scratches, dents and surface marks
* Normal wear or fading of the gold vermeil finish
* Accidental damage or negligence
* Damage caused by bending, impact or excessive force
* Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics or other substances
* Damage caused by improper care or failure to follow our Jewellery Care recommendations

4. Promotional or Complimentary Items

Free gifts, promotional products, giveaway items, or complimentary items may not carry warranty coverage unless specifically stated by Orabiss.
