Orabiss Jewels currently ships across India.

1. Domestic Shipping

Free domestic shipping is currently available on all Orabiss orders.

There is currently no minimum order value required to qualify for free domestic shipping.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

In-Stock Products

In-stock products are generally expected to be delivered within approximately 1–3 days after dispatch, subject to the delivery location and circumstances affecting the shipment.

Made-to-Order or Currently Out-of-Stock Products

Made-to-order or currently out-of-stock products generally require approximately 12–15 days.

The applicable product page may contain more specific information where relevant.

These timelines are estimates and are not guarantees of delivery on a particular date.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Orabiss’s reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, address-related issues, operational disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Dispatch

For orders placed before the applicable daily order cut-off, Orabiss generally aims to dispatch the order on the same day, approximately within one hour after order processing.

Orders placed after the applicable cut-off will generally be processed for dispatch on the following day.

Same-day dispatch is an operational target and not an unconditional promise. Certain orders, products or circumstances may require additional processing time.

4. Delivery Attempts

The courier will generally attempt delivery twice.

If delivery cannot be completed after two delivery attempts and additional shipping is required to complete delivery, the customer will bear the applicable additional shipping charges.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Where a delivery is delayed or cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, incorrect contact information or similar customer-provided information, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, appears to be lost, or encounters a tracking issue, Orabiss may coordinate with the applicable shipping partner to investigate the shipment.

7. International Orders

International shipping is not currently offered as a standard checkout service.

Customers outside India may contact Orabiss to enquire about an international order.

If Orabiss agrees to fulfil an international order, the applicable international shipping cost, taxes, customs duties, import charges and other applicable charges will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

International orders are subject to the laws, customs requirements and import restrictions applicable to the destination country.

No international shipping rate is currently published because international shipping is not presently a standard checkout service.

8. Delivery and Returns

Delivery of a product does not create a general right to return the product for change of mind.

Claims involving delivery damage or manufacturing defects are governed by the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Orabiss is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while remaining subject to any consumer rights or remedies applicable under Indian law.
